A Minneapolis woman has been charged for TRYING TO MAIL A PUPPY! The postal workers became suspicious when the box the woman had brought in fell off the counter. They opened the box, and found a 4-month old poodle-mix puppy inside - panting for breath! The puppy had been mailed via priority mail to the new owners - but it would have certainly not survived the journey. There was no water or food in the box, and the conditions during the air transport would have caused the puppy to suffer enormously and die.
